1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Endolift Laser Training program ("Training") provided by Amethyst Aesthetics Beauty ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking or attending the Training, you ("Trainee," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before booking. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with booking.

2. Eligibility and Prerequisites
2.1 Qualification Requirements
To participate in the Endolift Laser Training, you must:
- Hold a valid Advanced Dermal Filler qualification from a recognized training provider
- Be a practicing aesthetic practitioner with experience in injectables
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have appropriate professional indemnity insurance for aesthetic treatments
2.2 Verification
We reserve the right to request proof of qualifications before confirming your booking. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund of deposit.
2.3 Professional Standards
You must maintain professional standards throughout the Training and agree to abide by the ethical guidelines of your professional body and UK aesthetic treatment regulations.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
To secure your place on a Training date:
- Submit an enquiry via our website or contact us directly
- Complete the booking form and provide qualification details
- Pay the required deposit (£500)
- Receive booking confirmation and pre-course materials
3.2 Pricing and Packages
Our training packages are:
- Standard Training: £3,999 (1-day intensive at Somerset clinic, device included)
- Travel Training: £4,999 (We travel to your clinic, device included)
- Group Training: £3,499 per person (2+ practitioners from same clinic, one device per person)
All prices include:
- 1-day intensive training
- Endolift-compatible fiber laser (1470nm) - yours to keep
- Hands-on practice with live models
- CPD certificate for insurance purposes
- Complete GoHighLevel (GHL) marketing system with Marianne's proven snapshot
- Custom branded landing page (modeled on Marianne's converting site)
- Pre-built ad campaigns and proven copy
- 3 months post-training WhatsApp support
- Business marketing guidance module
3.3 Payment Terms
- Deposit: £500 payable upon booking to secure your date
- Balance: Remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the training date
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit card, or payment plans (via Klarna or 0% finance options for approved applicants)
- Late Payment: Failure to pay the balance 7 days before training may result in loss of your place and forfeiture of deposit
3.4 Payment Plans
If using a payment plan:
- Payment plan must be approved before training date
- Full amount must still be paid before training commences
- Terms and conditions of the finance provider apply
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellation by Trainee
If you need to cancel your booking:
- More than 30 days before training: Full refund minus £100 administration fee
- 15-30 days before training: 50% refund (£500 deposit forfeited)
- Less than 15 days before training: No refund (full amount forfeited)
- No-show: No refund and full amount payable
4.2 Rescheduling by Trainee
- More than 30 days before training: One free reschedule, subject to availability
- 15-30 days before training: £250 rescheduling fee
- Less than 15 days before training: Not permitted; cancellation policy applies
4.3 Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training due to:
- Trainer illness or emergency
- Insufficient bookings (minimum 1 trainee required)
- Force majeure events (see Section 10)
- Safety or legal reasons
If we cancel:
- We will offer an alternative date or full refund
- We are not liable for any consequential losses (e.g., travel expenses)
- We will provide at least 7 days' notice where possible
5. Training Delivery
5.1 Training Structure
The Training is a 1-day intensive program comprising:
- Morning Session: Theory, anatomy, safety protocols, treatment planning
- Afternoon Session: Hands-on practice with live models under supervision (2-3 full treatments per trainee)
- Post-Training: CPD certificate, 3-month WhatsApp support, business marketing guidance, alumni group access
5.2 Location Options
- Standard Training: Held at our Somerset clinic
- Travel Training: We travel to your clinic anywhere in the UK (additional £1,000 travel fee applies)
5.3 Materials and Equipment
We provide:
- Endolift-compatible 1470nm fiber laser (CE-marked, yours to keep)
- All consumables for training day (fibers, cannulas, anesthetic)
- Training manual and reference materials
- Live models for hands-on practice
- Complete GHL marketing system including branded landing page, ad campaigns, and proven copy
5.4 Attendance Requirements
- You must attend the full day (typically 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Late arrival may result in inability to complete certification
- Leaving early may invalidate your CPD certificate
- We reserve the right to refuse certification if full attendance is not met
6. Certification and CPD
6.1 CPD Certificate
Upon successful completion of the Training, you will receive:
- CPD-accredited certificate (recognized by major UK cosmetic insurance providers)
- Certificate valid for insurance purposes
- Digital and physical copies provided
6.2 Certification Requirements
To receive certification, you must:
- Attend the full training day
- Successfully complete hands-on assessments
- Demonstrate safe and competent technique
- Pass theoretical knowledge assessment
6.3 Scope of Practice
This certification authorizes you to perform Endolift laser treatments within the scope of your existing qualifications and subject to:
- Appropriate professional indemnity insurance coverage
- Compliance with UK aesthetic treatment regulations
- Adherence to safety protocols taught during training
- Ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices
7. Insurance and Professional Obligations
7.1 Insurance Requirements
You are responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate professional indemnity insurance that covers Endolift treatments
- Informing your insurer of your Endolift certification
- Ensuring your insurance is valid before treating patients
- Complying with all insurance policy terms and conditions
We provide guidance on insurance requirements but do not guarantee insurability.
7.2 Professional Standards
You agree to:
- Practice only within your competence and scope of qualification
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data protection standards
- Obtain informed consent from all patients
- Keep accurate treatment records
- Report any adverse events appropriately
- Participate in ongoing CPD and skills maintenance
7.3 Device Compliance
The Endolift-compatible device provided:
- Is CE-marked and compliant with UK medical device regulations
- Must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Requires proper maintenance and calibration
- Must be registered with appropriate regulatory bodies (if required in your jurisdiction)
8. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
8.1 Training Materials
All training materials, manuals, videos, and marketing systems provided remain our intellectual property. You may:
- Use materials for your own practice and patient education
- Customize the branded landing page and marketing materials for your clinic
- Use the GHL snapshot and ad campaigns for your business
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell training materials to third parties
- Use materials to provide competing training programs
- Remove copyright notices or branding from materials
- Share GHL snapshots or marketing systems with non-trainees
8.2 Photography and Video
We may photograph or video the Training for:
- Marketing and promotional purposes
- Educational content for future trainees
- Social media and website use
By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the training date.
8.3 Testimonials and Reviews
We may request your feedback and testimonials. You grant us permission to use your testimonial (including name, clinic name, and photo) in our marketing materials unless you specifically request anonymity.
9. Liability and Indemnity
9.1 Our Liability
We provide training to the best of our ability and professional standards. However:
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes or business results from the Training
- We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the techniques or device after training
- We are not responsible for your patient outcomes or complications
- Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the Training
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law
9.2 Your Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your treatment of patients after training
- Your use or misuse of the device provided
- Your breach of professional standards or regulations
- Your failure to obtain appropriate insurance
- Any negligence or misconduct on your part
9.3 Insurance Coverage
During the training day, you are covered by our public liability and professional indemnity insurance. After training, you must obtain your own insurance before treating patients.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, severe weather)
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Failure of utilities or transportation systems
In such cases, we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
11. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By booking the Training, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. General Terms
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Training.
12.2 Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Bookings are subject to the Terms in effect at the time of booking.
12.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12.4 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
12.5 Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a third party.
12.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Training will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By booking or attending the Endolift Laser Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
